Everybody has a great idea. But most of us could use some help creating a strategy for turning the idea into a finished work.

Participants provided with real-time exercises, time management tips, and creative tools they need to leave with an effective, achievable strategic plan for the creative project they've got in the works.

Do the Damn Thing weekend intensives are held four times a year (August, October, February, May).

Weekend Boot Camp Friday 8/8 4 pm – 6 pm PST / 7 pm – 9 pm EST Sa–Su 8/9, 8/10 12 pm – 2 pm PST / 3 pm – 5 pm EST Enrollment: $225 if you register by June 1. $275 after that.

Marya Hornbacher

Writer/Instructor/Coach

A full-time writer and teacher for more than 30 years, Marya draws on both her experience as a working writer and her professional and personal expertise in the fields of mental wellness and recovery. Marya has taught at the graduate level since the 1990s, speaks internationally on writing and recovery, and has led workshops in settings including shelters, Ivy League universities, correctional facilities, the Hazelden/Betty Ford Foundation, and more. She's here to share what works for her and help you identify more creative and personal practices that will work for you.
